1. Introduction
Welcome to Trusty Clean & Care LLC. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
We offer the following services:
- Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services
- Home Watch Services
- Pet Waste Removal Services
- Pressure Washing Services
- Handy Man Services
Exclusions:
- Heavy-duty cleaning (e.g., mold removal, hazardous waste)
- Structural repairs or alterations
Customized services may be available upon request.
3. Payment Terms
- Card On File: Your card will need to be linked to your account by the time we arrive at your home. If your card is not connected by this time, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we will reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. Depending on the time of year, this could be weeks out. If you need help connecting your card, we are always available at 239-837-8379 to help you over the phone.
- Billing and Payments: Monthly services are billed on the 1st of each month. One-time services are payable upon job completion.
- Payment Portal: Clients access a secure portal to view invoices, link payment methods, and track service history. Payments must be completed prior to scheduled services.
- Late Payments: Unpaid accounts may result in service rescheduling or termination.
Note: All payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
4. Scheduling and Access
- Scheduling: Service times vary based on route optimization. Customers will receive notifications in case of changes. Our routes run from around 6:30 AM to dark.
- Access Requirements: Clients must ensure clear access to service areas, including providing gate codes or key access.
- Pet Policy: Pets should be secured unless pre-arranged.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: Notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Rescheduling: Trusty Clean & Care reserves the right to reschedule services due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Dispute Resolution
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the service.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re-service.
Disputes: Any unresolved issues will be handled through good faith discussions or, if necessary, arbitration.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Damages: We are fully insured for accidental damages. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or fragile items not disclosed beforehand.
- Home Security: For home watch services, we notify you of any irregularities detected, including emergencies requiring immediate action.
8. Force Majeure
Trusty Clean & Care LLC is not liable for service delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
9. Termination of Service
- Client Termination: Clients may terminate services with written notice.
- Company Termination: We reserve the right to terminate service for non-compliance with these terms, non-payment, or unsafe conditions.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collier County, FL.
